Item Description: For sale is a very nice enclosed trailer converted to a camper. The queen bed is constructed using e-track and can be removed to be fully used as an enclosed trailer. The bed has a 10" memory foam mattress and has roomy storage under the bed. The camper is dual axle rated at 7000 lb capacity. The trailer has full 12v lighting and a 110V 30 amp RV power center, and a deep cycle marine battery for lighting when not plugged into shore power. It has several 110V outlets inside. Including in the lighting is an exterior 12V door light, and has an exterior 110V outlet. The camper has 110V A/C. Has a refrigerator with freezer. Outside is an 11' Dometic Sunchaser Awning which creates a nice outdoor area. Inside there are well planned shelving and a small overhead cabinet. The trailer is about two years old with little mileage and all four tires are in great shape and includes a spare. Really have to see to fully appreciate!
