Item Description: This is a like new upper with less than 100 rounds through it. I bought it from PSA and installed the Midwest Rail to see if I liked the Dissipator concept but decided to go another route.
It’s a PSA 16” Dissipator with a 12.625” Midwest Industries free floated quad rail that has QD sockets on the 3 and 9 o clock.
Can include a nitrided MPI BCG and milspec charging handle if desired.
