Item Description: My parents purchased the camper new and I purchased it from my mother in 2005 after my father passed away. We are selling the camper and my F350 so we can get a motorhome but the camper must go first or a package deal if you are interested. It is 35 ft and weighs 10,000 lbs. The outside has not been reconditioned but the inside has. We had a new rubber roof installed in 2006 and all of the upholstery recovered last year in a very nice denim fabric. The refrigerator was also replaced in 2006. Last year we had new carpet installed along with the hardwood laminate flooring.The A/C was replaced while my parents owned it and its still cold. This is a very nice camper for a 91 model, it has been cared for and everything works. 706-329-7622
