Item Description: I've done a bit of research since my original posting. It appears this knife was made between November 1984 and July 1985. Earlier versions were dark grey while later versions were stamped pat pend. This knife is sturdy and can take abuse. The blade is slightly over 7 in. Along with the knife I'm including 2 compasses (1 in the hollow handle), 2 sharpening stones and the sheath. You can see some scratches on the blade so yes the knife has been used but not abused. The anchors do unscrew.
If you're in the metro area I'd prefer to meet up but will ship the knife if that's better for you.
