When I started this build I wanted to get a custom 700 that already had work done to it. I have had a lot of shoulder surgeries and wanted something that shot flat but did not have a crap ton of recoil. I found a nice used 22-250 that already had been massaged by a local custom shop. Trigger work, blueprinting, etc. I then wanted to mount it into a nice XLR chassis with a quality set of rings and a super sniper scope. I got almost everything together and have way north of $3000 in the build, but my wife and I are moving out of the country and could use the cash to go towards our new boat.
