Item Description: Up for sale is my 2002 KLR 650. I bought this bike over a year ago from a middle aged gentleman with right at 6,500 miles on it. It now has 17,000 miles on it and runs great with no problems at all.
The bike has:
Progressive rear shock
Tall Tinted Parabellum Windshield
320mm front rotor
Sv650 caliper
Trx450 master cylinder
Steel luggage racks with ammo cans mounted
Aluminum skid plate
Radiator brace
Battery tender plug
Recent sprockets and chain. +1 in front -1 in rear (for highway speeds)
Doohickey done at 14,000 miles
Water pump seals replaced with doohickey
Recent fork seals and oil
Recent battery
Tires have life left but not much (Avon gripster, and a metzler tourning tire will go with the bike)
Rear spokes are sealed to be tubeless, tube can be put back in easily.
Oil just changed with mobile-1 4 stroke racing oil
All lights work including all turn signals. Rear signals are integrated into the ammo cans.
This bike is in excellent running condition. I have taken it on several road trips to the beach, etc. without any problems. This is a reliable motorcycle I would not hesitate to ride to California tomorrow. Iâm selling this because I just bought a drz400s and now want a more street oriented bike to go with it.
