Item Description: This custom built reverse for the smoker is all quarter inch and will last a lifetime. Some of the best barbecue I’ve ever made has came off the smoker, but unfortunately I hardly ever get to use it and want it to be put to good use. I never got around to putting in the damper or the actual handle on, however, it still runs like a champ. Without the damper, I just control the temp with wood size and fire management. price a quarter inch thick reverse flow smoker and you’ll see why it’s priced there.
I have smoked the following to give an ideal of size.
Three small packer briskets at a time
Six Boston butts at a time
5 to 6 racks of ribs, easy.
