Item Description: FN-49, 8mm Egyptian, with 100 rounds surplus ammo.
Sight base and ears were cut off of original receiver cover in attempt to make a scope mount. Receiver cover on rifle is from a 30-06 model. Functional but not original. 8mm piece is included, could have a rail attached to make a scope mount or possibly be restored. Usual dings and scratches, it's a 50+ year old military surplus, after all.
Has a brass washer screwed into a recess on the right buttstock, and a place on the left where there was some white paint â don't know why, that's the way it came. Has the dovetail on left side of receiver for a sniper scope mount. Can add more ammo to a trade.
