Interior is a fixer upper, but has bunk beds in rear, closets, and a bathroom with tub (like I said, needs some TLC) but exterior wise; 4 brand new tires, roof fiberglass vents replaced and sealed with urethane sealant. Then 2 coats of A 7 year Henry Aluminum roof coating. Also fresh coat of paint on exterior. Me and
my friends use all t he time . NO Leaks. Some plywood installed on floor for support from previous leaks that have been repaired. It is a fixer upper but does the job.
