I have a beautiful Tikka T3 .300 WinMag that's dead-on at 850 yrd+ and a pure joy to shoot. I really mean that too! I've upgraded it with some God'aGrip accessories like the finger and check pads and a Witt Machine barrel compensator, and a really good shoulder saver butt stock pad. This caliber is a beast and if you don't know the difference between your AR and this 300 there is a nice side by side ammo shot below.
Now to the details, I love this rifle and have put 12 rounds downrange at a certain nearby range with this and that refrigerator has some holes in it! Thing is I'm a left hand dominant shooter and despite all my trying I just hate trying to work a right hand model.
I'd like to trade for a Quality LH bolt action if you have one [Remington, Tikka, etc..., sorry NO Savages..."Q-u-a-l-i-t-y" is how it's spelled
]. Similar or same caliber, might consider going to a .308 Rem for instance.
Other notes: Nikkon Scope not included nor is the cheesy barrel bi-pod used to make the standing photos. This IS the very nice Stainless model and really a nice work of art and it has the adjustable trigger and floating barrel. I've got the trigger down somewhere around 2lb of squeeze and it will surprise you every shot!
Barring any suitable trade I'll take cash offers in the 800 range since there is about $300 extra on the base rifle ($675 to $725) minus the scope and mount I probably won't part with. btw...the Boom on this is a head-turner and makes you want to smile when the guy with the AR is holding his ears in pain!
