Three way to own this Vector. I can removing it from the national registrar, I will hold until your stamp is granted or an FFL can hold it until your stamp is granted assuming the FFL agrees to it.

Not gonna lie I am more tempted than usual about this, but that SBR bit is a major hang up.

It's just a little time you or anyone would need to wait and adding a Tailhook after it's removed from the National registry is easy.
