Item Description: Just in time for Christmas is a very nice Western art print by renowned artist, Frank McCarthy. Titled “Hostiles,” it shows a band of Native American warriors heading towards danger. Frank McCarthy was first famous for movie poster art. That included the “Great Escape” and several “James Bond” movies. In 1968, he retired from commercial art and focused on Western art. In 1975, he joined the Cowboy Artists Of America. This poster was done in 1989 for that organization. The poster is approximately 27 x 30 inches. In 1990, it was custom framed in a brushed gold finished metal frame. The frame and print are in excellent condition.
The best part is the price - now only $50! The frame alone would now cost you hundreds of Dollars. Will meet in the Bass Pro Shop parking lot. As always, if you first see it and don’t like it, we’ll just shake hands and cancel the sale.
