If you are denied the possession of the firearm you are buying all your money will be refunded except a $35.00 or 15% restocking fee, which ever is greatest. If you are purchasing this through the internet it is your responsibility to inspect the weapon for your satisfaction before signing for it and taking it out of the shop on your end. If you do not take possession of the weapon and desire to return it after a thorough inspection. Then it should be returned postage paid, insured by you the buyer and packaged the same if not better than when received. 15% or $35 which ever is greater-restocking fee will be incurred by the buyer if returned.
