Shipping-- CJI Guns is not responsible for theft or damage once it leaves our store. Shipping insurance is recommended although not a requirement to ship, insurance is paid by the buyer. Shipping costs are as described in the auction.
Price is discounted for cash, check, money order. All personal checks will be held for 10 business days before shipping. Add 3% if paying by CC or other means of paying besides money order/certified funds. CJI Guns does not imply any warranties either written or verbally. All warranty issues, if any, should be handled by the manufacturer.

Back ground check is performed on all sales. If you are denied the possession of the firearm you are buying all your money will be refunded except a $35.00 or 15% restocking fee, which ever is greatest. If you are purchasing this through the internet it is your responsibility to inspect the weapon for your satisfaction before signing for it and taking it out of the shop on your end. If you do not take possession of the weapon and desire to return it after a thorough inspection. Then it should be returned postage paid, insured by you the buyer and packaged the same if not better than when received. 15% or $35 which ever is greater-restocking fee will be incurred by the buyer if returned. It is the buyers responsibility to ask all questions prior to bidding or using buy it now to know of all the options if any and to know what you are buying before the purchase.
