Item Description: I purchased this 12g Mossberg Shockwave brand new and shot it a couple different times.
It has a factory Cerakote finish called Stainless that mimics the look of stainless but it’s just a durable coating. Put about 50 rounds through it total. Cleaned and lubed. No damage, looks like new.
I modified the raptor grip with an embedded horizontal 6mm stainless rivnut to allow mounting of a hand strap.
I also modified the corncob polymer grip to allow use of larger stainless hardware and a wider tighter fitting hand strap.
I used a 5.11 brand 1.5 belt for webbing material.
The materials I modified are only polymer and replaceable inexpensively in case you don’t like my mods.
This is the JIC ( just in case) model….it has a nice bright orange weatherproof polymer tube storage case. Comes with all the paperwork and lock…etc
