This short video shows "what" it should look like. I was given this free but I was told it was a rotor-tiller! NOPE
It's a MTD md#25A-588A129 that needs mucho work that I have no interest in doing, I mean trying. Needs obvious work which I tried capturing with pictures. Mainly the "gear" where the cutter blade attaches is all bent and I just went to pull the rope and there is zero resistance I guess that's better than locked up but that needs attention. There is excess rope hanging from the rubber pull handle that someone didn't cut off so don't let that scare you.
