Hey guys, going through and responding to PM's in the order they came in. The PM inquires have been overwhelming. Just want to clarify somethings. I have received several questions and hope to answer all with verbiage to follow. The sale of this gun will require a Bill of Sale be signed by the purchaser (at time of purchase). This means the money (cash only) received will need to be from the purchaser signing the BOS when the gun is picked up. I am selling the gun locally (GA Only), as you know anything out of state requires shipment to a FFL. Provided you are a GA resident and can legally own a gun, pay me cash, and sign my bill of sale. The gun is legally yours. At that time it is your responsibility to ad-hear to the law, not mine.
