I have a Top-Floor (Vaulted-ceilings & Fireplace with gas starter) 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment for rent in the Fountains at Morgan Falls located in Sandy Springs. http://www.fountainsatmorganfalls.com/fountainsmorganfalls/Index.aspx
We have lived here for 5 months and I am being transferred for work at the end of April. The new tenant will be taking over either the last week in April, or May 1, whichever is easiest.
We are non-smokers and have kept everything very clean. The apartment has a HUGE bathroom with space for 2 at the sink. The kitchen was re-done, before we moved in, with cherry-colored cabinets and new appliances (gas stove, refrigerator with ice-maker and water filter, and oversized microwave). There is a breakfast nook with plenty of room. In the picture of the nook you will see that we were able to fit a pantry. We opted for an oversized washer / dryer...with normal-sized units, the pantry shelves will fit in the laundry room.
Now for the good part....In addition to adding storage shelves to the laundry room, we reinforced existing shelving, which was not strong enough for heavy suits, etc. We were expecting to stay here for quite some time, so we went to the extra effort and expense of having an electrician install a ceiling fan in the bedroom (with it's own switch), mount 2 TVs with Conduit to hide the cables as well as stopped the TV in the bedroom from being turned on and off by the light-switch (safer for the electronics). What I am going to do for the next renter is GIVE THEM a 32" LG HD LCD TV, both TV mounts (1 over fireplace, 1 in master bedroom) and the associated conduit, the fan in the master bedroom, as well as the coffee table / end tables in the family room. Between the items and labor, that is about a 800$ value...FOR FREE.
The apartment complex is pet friendly, and all security deposits have been paid.
All you will have to do is qualify to take over the lease at the leasing office.
The apartment is available to view by appointment only...please email me with any additional questions, photo requests, or requests to set up a viewing.
Thank you for taking the time to read this ad.
