Item Description: I have 460 acres in twiggs county just south of macon that i need members for. This is the first year of the club. The land has smaller planted pines, big planted pines, 50-60 acres of 4 year old clear cut that has been replanted, a hardwood creek, another hardwood drain, and 3 ponds. The land has a lot of soft mass including crabapples, persimmons, and bulleses. This land is old mine land so the land is not flat. There are hills and then flat spots all through the lease. There are roads that go through it. This land is only about 15-20 minutes outside of macon and only 5 minutes from I-16. The land has deer, turkeys, and HOGS. Im not sure if the ponds have fish in them but i would imagine that they draw ducks. This will be a family oriented club with wife and kids still in school hunting under the same membership. There are spots for food plots and there is also a good sized camp with access to power. There will be 10 members and the dues are 460 dollars for year round access. Please post for more info
