Item Description: USGI Fragmentation Vest, size large. From as far as i can tell its never been issued (going off of the care manual it came with) and in great condition. They would've been used in the US Army in the '80's *Operation Just Cause and the Gulf War in the '90's. Still has that surplus smell!
