The Classic is the foundation of all our semi-auto rifles. Its sleek, clean look appeals to those looking for a more traditional look.
It has always been our goal to achieve bolt action accuracy from a semi-auto and this begins with the barrel. Our stainless steel barrels feature match bore and chamber tolerances. These dimensions are proprietary to Volquartsen and have evolved from over 25 years of testing. Digital gauging equipment ensures that each barrel meets our stringent criteria.
Volquartsen V17 WSM (3000 ft per second.)
Maybe 100 rounds shot. It's been in my safe for 7 years untouched, due to illness.
This is a phenomenal gun.
Comes with 3 magazines.
4-12 x 40 Vortex scope.
Beautiful wood stock. Fluted bull barrel.
These retail in the mid $2500's are made to order by Volquartsen.
The only one on Gun broker is from a dealer, asking $3600
Accuracy is awesome.
Now for the downside. This rifle is extremely heavy. I used sandbags at Riverbend to steady the rifle.
A much stronger and bigger man could probably shoot this standing.
