Lot's of stuff going around the Internet about the safety (or lack thereof) of the SIG P320.
If you were a P320 owner looking to back away, what is the least amount you would accept for the pistol? OTOH, if you were a potential buyer what is the most you would consider paying for a SIG P320 in the present market conditions?

will the problems with the 320 affect sales of all Sig products?

It shouldn't but you never know. Sig has been making some fine hand guns for many years. I think they can survive one screw up. They have only been in business since 1853 in one form or another. Sauer and Sohn since 1751.

The issue when it comes to ALL Sig products is that it matters just what Sig has to spend on doing whatever it can to minimize its legal liability. First thing that would suffer from a truly punishing legal settlement would be their marketing and R&D budgets, which would impact the whole company. If they can protect the reputation of the P325, they have some immediate future in the volume polymer gun market. If they fail, they'll have to start churning out a lot of their more traditional products like the P226/229. Nobody's gonna wanna touch any new polymer pistol they might want to announce.

When it comes to what I would accept for a working P320? Maybe $200. One would still have some value to me as my fourth-in-line in-house backup-backup-gun.

4 is 3, 3 is 2, 2 is 1, 1 is None.

Reach for the CZ. If that ain't there, pick up the Hi Power. If that's not there, pick up the Nambu Type 94. If that isn't there, pick up the P320, really carefully, point it at my assailant and wiggle the slide.
