It's possible. Picked it up for a friend who got it in a trade and didn't want it.
i have a brand new very nice FDE Polymer 80 Glock 19 lower that's fresh in the box. It's a way better frame than the stock glock lower. I have a lot of the lower parts as well including stock trigger bars, even have a full ZEV trigger kit and parts for a Gen 3 19. Willing to make a deal if you message me. All of my items are legal to be placed in priority mail. It's brain dead easy to prepare a Polymer 80 lower and now they make the front and rear steel blocks that slide into the lower after you file off a couple of silly areas that make it a non-firearm.
