Sometimes, I just don't feel like firing up the grill. This is what I had last night.

Steak fried in bacon grease with an iron skillet. Baby lima beans seasoned with bacon grease with chopped onions and fresh tomatoes. Fried tater tots with plenty of ketchup on the side. Red wine served in southern crystal.

The Jalapeno industry would go broke if they depended upon me....just never developed a taste for them.
