Got a new helper at work a couple weeks ago

I know you know, but always always check your safety gear! One of my old friends dads died doing that, he fell and his safety hook broke, turned out the metal was improperly tempered. She said he loved it though, felt like he was closer with God. He died doing what he loved but still.
I used to that exact job out in Arkansas. Been on many a tower and used to have pics of what Wal Mart Home Office looked like from 300' feet.
must be a trip when its windy.
