Manufacturing never pays well, even for non-manufacturing jobs. Thank God they are looking for Web Developers though... their GSSF site looks like something from the MySpace era.

I looked into a machine operator job with Glock and it had a starting pay of only $12 an hour. No way I'm driving an hour+ out of my way for that. I did hear they had excellent benefits though
