Help modify fishing kayak

I have two fishing kayaks one of which I would like to modify with an outrigger and motor mount. A little 3.5 horsepower outboard would be incredible. Anyone done a crazy modification like this?

haven't done it but there's been a time or two i wanted to go in the opposite direction that the current said I must go and the paddle just didnt do it.

Yep, this would mostly be lake fishing
