Help, Remington 1100 fails to feed.

Nope, its built on the 12 ga. receiver. I thought it was initially but no.

It is definitely a "Standard Weight" 20 Gauge if the Serial Number ends in an "X" or "N"...Just curious--Have you tried running the gun with the Magazine Tube "Wet"? Coupla'-Three or four drops of Break free CLP spread out on the Tube--Might be worth a try--HTH....mikey357

Yep, as friction free as it can be.

I really think it's the follower. Either bent or replaced with a 12 ga. follower.

Could be the Follower--Don't know if Remington has any in stock any more, but a 16-Gauge Follower MIGHT work--I'm sure you are aware of this, but Parts for the 20 Gauge Standard Weight guns are made outta' "Unobtainium" these days--HTH....mikey357
