Alright fellow ODTers. Grabbed a sig m400 from a friend of a friend today. I am the 3rd owner and the first purchased it new I will try and get info from him as well... The second owner knows squat about this so here I am. I have found nothing via web searches this far. This rifle has a white “check” mark on the mag well that was lazer etched or screened on. It also has what I deem a funky serial number, I covered the last two digits. Check out the pics and if anyone can fill me in on whether this may have been some sort of dealer exclusive or ??? The only thing I figure is it is the M400 enhanced model with magpul furniture and has never been fired.
Regards, Dan Muk

I know next to nothing about Sig AR's, but you might pose the question over at the Sig Forum--Good buncha' guys & LOTS of "Sig Knowledge" there--HTH

Spoke with Sig Friday morning and was told “that’s interesting, appears to be a special configuration for law enforcement manufactured in 2013” nothing more...
