Hog Processing

I have a friend with a couple restaurants that have wild game meat on the menu.
He loves the idea of having wild boar but it would need to come through a processor with an Agricultural License.

Anybody know of a processor that does hogs around Atlanta?

It's not real "close" but Dormineys does (or did).

Findley's in Cartersville and Dallas but have to be skinned, gutted, and quartered before taking it to them.

Let me tell you! A pig a dead pig! Will lay there for months,, never seen the crows Buzzard coyotes raccoons eating on them and I’ve observed this many many times
