Holster & revolver book

I have no clue where the holster came from, I'm sure it came from someone here several years ago. It won't hold a .460 or .500 so I can't use it. The book is pretty cool but we have no place for it.
Everyone gets one, supporters get a second. I'll ship on my dime if the winner can't meet.
