Honestly no one really does this locally. It's a lot of work to make that pretty deep blue and costs a ton to do that good of a job. So short answer is no one does this.
That is so sad. In the 80s in southeast Alabama, I remember having at least 3 shops around that did great jobs. I'd just call around and see who had a batch about ready to dip, just to eliminate/minimize down time.

Fords custom in Florida is the best around, I have had them blue or nickel over 25 guns in last 20 years for me.
There’s a guy that visits Double Eagle pawn in Douglasville that has a remarkable portfolio of his work. Chrome, black chrome, beautiful deep blue work, etc. I have his name and number if you’d like it…

I take mine out of state. Good luck with local options. Doesn't help people who don't travel or ship, but Ford's in Crystal River, Florida, is really excellent.
