How rare is this Smith 60-5 38sp 3" 3T's

Unfortunately no box, factory grips, target hammer and trigger 3" heavy barrel. Pretty darn clean, very tight lockup .
Collect or shoot kind of pistol here...

Indeed full lug, unfortunately the read sight is chipped i am aware this can be PIA to replace...

They are super neat. They made them in .38 & .357 as well. I would love if Smith brought them out in a 6 shot .32 mag or .327 Fed. And yes they look like a baby 686.
