So, secretary of war Hegseth said that the military is ending affirmative action and all promotions will be based on merit, not chasing some rainbow colored ideal workforce where all cultures and belief systems and lifestyles are respected and well represented.

It's also good that this is something that apparently Secretary Hegseth came up with and it wasn't Trump's party --although Trump invited himself to it and gave a long rambling speech on political topics (but that's just how he rolls --he's a distraction.)
