Don't think they're really made for accuracy but for speed. A good handling hunting rifle or for speed shooting sports like steel challenge.

I have a Volquartsen carbon fiber barrel on a Ruger 10/22 that holds zero but it is a .22LR so it’s more pew, pew, pew than bang, bang, bang.

Yup I'm sure they are great for mountain terrain hunting as well. Being super light where all you should need is one well placed shot.

I would consider one where weight is an issue though. As long as it places the first round where I want it.
