This is the designated employee smoking area in front of the Bi Lo in Darien. It's absolutely disgusting. Having a sort of Libertarian view of such things I really don't care what grown people choose to poison themselves with. But it's **** like this that aggravates non smokers. Kinda like lottery tickets but worse. Oh and this is less than 6 feet from the propane tank exchange cabinet.
