In need of a good painter

Looking for references on a good painter at a reasonable price. 1 story Ranch Style, not real high areas 1500 square ft, 525 ft, garage.

If you have more details on areas to be painted such as:
- Ceiling height
- Number of rooms to be painted
- Number of doors to be painted
- Is there trim to be painted and how much, type, door trim, window trim etc
- Moving from dark to light, light to dark, etc colors
- Any holes larger than a quarter coin in size, how many, size of hole(s)
- Painting ceiling(s)? Anything hanging from ceiling (lights, fans, etc)
- Is there a stairwell to be painted
- Time frame start date completion date

An easy estimate is $2/sq ft for simple small patching, sanding, wiping, 2 coats of paint, and cleanup. High ceilings, stairwells, larger patching, dark to light requiring a third coat or a primer base coat, all factor into raising the job cost.

It’s outside painting, simple ranch,no 2 story or basement 3 walk-in doors 1 16’ garage door,8 windows. 3 colors paint, house color. Window color, window trim color.
