10:00AM - 12:00 Noon - Introduction to water bath canning as well as a few other styles of canning (excluding pressure canning).

12:00 Noon - 1:00PM - Break for lunch (food not included).

1:00PM - 3:00PM - Introduction to pressure cooker canning.
