Issue with certain features

[Ventrue]

Hi I have been getting an error message when performing certain features. Specifically when I tried to post a reply to a thread and when I tried to relist an item. I have been receiving a message as follows

Ventrue, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation

When trying to relist I was using the link supplied with the relist PM from the site. Also I have tried logging in and out and I have not received and email from any admins or the site involving my account being disabled or anything. Has anyone else been experiencing this?
