It can not be rolled up like a regular poster. No signatures on it. Shiny spots are camera glare. It is free so I am not driving far to meet. Can meet in Jefferson, Hochston, Pendegrass, or Commerce. Sorry but I will not ship, I don't feel like being responsible if it gets lost in the mail.
