It runs and drives great with the 5.4. Motor does have the slight tick the 5.4s are known for, but it’s had it ever since I bought it in 2014 and never got worse. Doesn’t burn oil, transmission has never given me a problem. AC and heat work fine, no leaks, does have a dent in the back passenger side quarter panel but no rust or anything like that.
