Item Description: For sale is a 1954 Savage 99R, .300 Savage caliber, which was the deluxe version of the 99 in that time frame. In addition to being factory drilled and tapped for a scope, this 99 has the rare case colored steel rotor that was used for only a few years in the early fifties.
