Has 30 gal water tank and working sink, battery and inverter, tv, coffee pot, microwave, I’m even leaving the electric heaters and scentlok in the closet. All the gas lines, stove and burners work. I’ve never used the oven but it is hooked up and should work. Sleeps 3 at max, comfortably 2 adults and 1 kid. No leaks and is in great shape.
