Item Description: 2020 Keystone Cougar 30RKD, this is a great “Pre-Covid” Camper. Upgraded king size east to west bed with storage below the bed, oversized closet. 2 AC units to keep the whole camper comfortable also has heat in the floor. It has 2 grey tanks (one for the bathroom and one for the kitchen) and one black tank, always taken care of (only used for #1). All the tanks have heaters for year around use, the camper is also 4 seasons rated. This is a 50 AMP camper comes with a power watchdog smart surge protector with EPO. Microwave, stovetop, oven and refrigerator work great. Water heater in great shape, like new anode rod. The roof was resealed a year ago. Like new Goodyear Endurance tires with TPMS system. Wheel bearings repacked, brakes have plenty of life. 2 slide outs with slide out covers. This camper does have auto level, it also has the level mate pro with leveling ramps, leveling blocks and X-chocks to insure the camper is completely stable. Has a back up camera to make getting in the camp site super easy. Come with a Weight Distribution Hitch. You can control the lights, HVAC, slides and awning from your phone. Has a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, outdoor speakers, power tongue jack, plenty of storage.
