Item Description: I am considering selling my 1953 Remington 760 Carbine in 35 Remington. If you know what this is then you know it’s rare. For those who don’t, here’s some Remington facts; from 1952 to 1981, Remington produced about 971,712 rifles in the 760 platform. Of those, only 35,801 were chambered in 35 REM and only 456 of those were carbines. I won’t say never but I would be very surprised if another one of these popped up, especially on here. It’s been used and loved but not abused. Blueing is in great shape and wood just has that look of aged walnut.
The rifle will come with 1x 4 round magazine stamped 35 REM (hard to find online), a period correct Williams rear peep sight, period correct Williams scope mount, a period correct El Paso Weaver K4 4x scope, and 4x boxes of Honady Leverlution with half a box or more of Remington CoreLocs. NO, I will not sell the ammo seperate. Its a package deal.
