Its well built, good rubber on the tires, elec brakes. New 7-pin rubber wrapped pig-tail. All lights work properly. Swingdown expanded metal gate. 2x6 floor. The floor is in good shape, a few spots are getting some weather wear, but over all a good sound floor that should give you good use.
It takes a 2" ball.
Located in Cleveland, I work in Chattanooga and can drag it to work during the weekdays if you want to look at it that way.
