Item Description: The camper is in good shape. I purchased from a friend that was moving. Helped him out. I'm just looking to get out of it. The camper needs to be recauked, stained flooring could be replaced in kitchen area, needs new canvas awning in the front. The blue book I looked up is between $7000- $8000. My bottom price is $5500. That leaves plenty of room to make any updates needed. I have the big adjustable hitch I'm throwing in the deal. These are power slide outs and power up/down receiver. I replaced the battery $100. It's not brand new but I have the original sales slip and she was over $30,000 new.
