Item Description: 255 cases of 223REM brass converted to 300 Blackout/Whisper

Please note: This is 223REM headstamped brass converted through a detailed process to 300 Blackout. If you are interested in headstamps other than 223 Rem, I am currently processing 5.56 brass with Lake City "LC" & Federal "FC" headstamps.

All case are inspected individually using a very precise Sheridan Engineering Case Gauge, L.E. Wilson Head Space Gauge & digital calipers to confirm trimmed length falls within a consistent length of +/- .005 of 1.355

Brass that fails length or to fit within Sheridan case gauge is discarded.

Conversion process consists of the following:

- Brass is hand sorted to remove any damaged pieces
- Brass is cut to length, deprimed, cleaned ultrasonically & tumbled to bright finish
- Primer pocket is swaged using CH4D swage kit to remove military crimp
- Cases are lubed and then sized using full length sizer
- Cases are trimmed to length using Giruad Power Trimmer for Case Neck Trimming & Chamfering
- All case are checked individually for length & fit with case gauges & calipers
- Brass is cleaned & tumbled again to remove any brass shavings & case lube
