This is a NEW never built stripped DPMS AR15 lower receiver S/N 12XXX. A Blackhawk P-TAC lower parts kit. Five metal 30rd magazines, and 14 UTG ladder rail covers. I also have a "Flat Top Riser Mount, AR-15 Single Rail" made by Weaver P/N 48321 NIB that will be included (paid 23.99 for it)
