Item Description: We have several Gloucestershire Old Spot (GOS) and GOS cross feeder pigs available. All males are castrated. No GOS females available but a few select breeder quality GOS cross females are available for $125.
Will discount multiple purchases.
These pigs will work great for an oven roaster when small, a BBQ pig when a little bigger, or for standard cuts of pork when even bigger. They would also work well for charcuterie.
They are gentle on pasture and are docile to handle. Their meat is redder than commercial Pork. It also has Micro marbling to help keep the meat moist while cooking.
Don't want to raise your own? I have a few BBQ size pigs available and will have several hogs ready soon to send to the processor for standard cuts. Message me for more details about these.
